Swamper

This was my biggest scene in a movie. I play myself as a pro pool player. My pool playing skills are clearly better than my acting skills but it still turned out pretty great. Its a low budget movie that has been accepted to a few film festivals. Filming was a lot of fun this day. It was my daughters birthday that day too so I took her out of school to experience it with me.

Supernatural

The Gambler Season 15 episode 11.
I was asked to be part of Supernatural as a technical advisor, stunt shooter and supply the billiard equipment for the shoot. Here’s some photos and a video of some stunt breaks I did for the star of the star of the show. We supplied and installed the pool tables and even helped design and build a glass top pool table top so they could get the perfect camera angle from below. Before the shoot they gave me the script and I had to choreograph every shot in every game that was played. We filmed the scenes for 3 days solid and in the end only 3 games of pool were played.

A Million Little Things

In this shoot I was hired to meet up with Grace Park for a couple private lessons before the shoot. She was new to pool and had to run 4 balls in the scene while doing her dialogue and also without a stop in filming. She is such a talented person she grasped it well right away. The day of the shoot she nailed it 2nd try. My favorite part was once they said cut the whole crew cheered for her. First thing she did was scan the room for me, ran over and gave me a big excited hug. What a fun day.
